If you wish to return or exchange an item, please check the following five points and contact customer service in advance.
①Is this product non-returnable or non-exchangeable? We cannot accept sale items, pre-order items, lucky bags, hygiene products such as underwear, masks, and earrings, items purchased using coupons, or items that state on the sales page that they cannot be returned or exchanged. ②Is it within 7 days of receiving it? We cannot accept any products that have been received more than 7 days ago, even if they are unused and unopened. ③Is this a used product? We cannot accept used items (except those that have been tried on indoors) or items that have been washed or dry-cleaned.
Please handle with care to avoid dirt, scratches, odors, etc.
④Is the product in the same condition as when it was delivered? We cannot accept products with damaged, soiled or missing accessories such as delivery notes, product tags or labels.
Additionally, we cannot accept returned products with the shipping label attached directly to the package.

⑤Shipping costs The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, except in cases of initial defects such as "the product is defective" or "the product received is different from the one ordered."
