About points

When you make a purchase, you will receive 1% of the product price (excluding tax) back as points, which can be used from your next purchase onwards, with 1 point = 1 yen.
Points will be awarded 14 days after the order date.

*Discounts applied via coupons will be deducted from the product purchase price excluding tax.

(1) For customers with suspicious IP addresses or extremely high-priced orders, we may contact you by phone or email after your order has been placed.
(2) If we are unable to contact you at your registered phone number or email address and are unable to verify your identity, your order will be cancelled.
(3) We may refuse your order depending on your past transactions.

When impersonation or prank orders are made

If we determine that an act of impersonation or a prank order has occurred, or if such an act has caused financial damage to us or a third party, we will report the personal information and IP address to the relevant authorities and file a police report. We may also seek compensation for damages from the person who made the prank order.
