Regarding impersonation and prank orders
Response to impersonation and prank orders
Recently, there has been an increase in malicious acts such as "impersonation orders" and "prank orders" that involve the fraudulent use of other people's names, addresses, and contact information. In order to prevent these malicious acts, we are taking the following measures.
Measures to prevent impersonation and prank orders
(1) For customers with suspicious IP addresses or extremely high-priced orders, we may contact you by phone or email after your order has been placed.
(2) If we are unable to contact you at your registered phone number or email address and are unable to verify your identity, your order will be cancelled.
(3) We may refuse your order depending on your past transactions.
When impersonation or prank orders are made
If we determine that the act is malicious impersonation or a prank order, or if such an act causes financial damage to us or a third party, we will report the personal information and IP address to the relevant authorities and file a police report. We may also seek compensation for damages from the person who made the prank order.
