Regarding product sales

We will usually ship within one week after receiving your payment.
However, there may be delays if the item is out of stock or during busy periods.

The delivery method will be by courier (Yamato Transport).
Please note that some items are shared with our stores, so we may not be able to secure stock.
In such cases, we will contact you by email before shipping, so please be aware of this in advance.

Returns Policy

Payment method and payment period

We accept the following payment methods:

■Cash on delivery This is a method of paying directly in cash when you receive the product. *Please note that cash on delivery is not available in some areas.
*Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).

■Credit card payment: Credit card payment is considered complete upon completion of the order.
*We only accept credit cards in the name of the person placing the order.
*If any of the information is incomplete, we will contact you by email or phone.
*Closing dates and withdrawal dates vary depending on the credit card company.

Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Please make sure to transfer in your own name, as we will not be able to confirm your payment if you transfer in a name other than your own.
Payment must be made within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that we may cancel your order if the deadline is exceeded.
Please be careful not to lose the receipt when you make a transfer.
We will ship your item as soon as we confirm your payment.

■Rakuten Pay
You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password.
Earn and use Rakuten Points! Use Rakuten Pay, which is "easy," "secure," and "profitable."
On the order confirmation screen, press the "Pay with Rakuten ID" button and complete the payment procedure on your Rakuten member page.
To use Rakuten Pay, you must register your credit card in your Rakuten membership information.

■PayPay (online payment)

Simply enter your email address and phone number to easily pay next month.
You can choose to pay by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
We also offer installment payments (up to three installments with no handling fee).

About pre-order items

Pre-order items include limited edition items that can only be purchased through Phenix Online, pre-order items, special collaboration items, and items not yet available in stores.
Pre-order items will be marked "This item is a pre-order item" on the product page.
Pre-order items are made to order and will take some time to ship, so please check the "Expected Delivery Date" on the product page before placing your order.

2) The product images are samples, so the specifications, processing, size, etc. may differ slightly from the actual product.
3) We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges of pre-ordered items.

The process from ordering to delivery

The process from ordering a pre-order item to delivery is as follows:
1) After you place your order, we will send you an email saying "Thank you for your reservation."
2) As soon as the item is ready to be shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you about the pre-ordered item.
Please check the shipping date for your product.
3) After the shipping procedure is completed, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Required fees other than the product price

If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, a cash on delivery fee will be charged.
