Chapter 2: Phenix Membership

- Even if a member's registration is cancelled, the member will not be relieved of the responsibility to fulfill transactional obligations, such as payment obligations, that have already arisen through transactions with the Company, as well as obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 Changes to registered information
- If there is a change in all or part of the registered information, the member shall immediately change the registered information on the online page (hereinafter referred to as "My Page") that the Company has set up exclusively for the member, in accordance with the method separately specified by the Company.
- If a member does not complete the change procedure described in the preceding paragraph, our processing based on the information already registered will be valid. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a member not completing the change procedure.
Article 5 Management of User ID and Password
- The registered user ID and password may only be used by the member himself/herself.
- Members are responsible for managing their user IDs and passwords and must not transfer, inherit, lend, disclose or leak them to any third party.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from negligence in the use of a member's user ID and password or from unauthorized use by a third party.

Chapter 3 Point Service
Article 8 Points
Members have the right to receive and use points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") that can be used to receive a certain amount of discount when purchasing products or using services at each store.
Article 9. Awarding of Points
- Points will be awarded when members purchase products at each store, use services, or in other cases separately determined by the Company, and the method and scope of points will be separately specified by the Company.
- Members will not be awarded points for points used when purchasing products or using services.
Article 10. Use of Points
- The conditions, methods and scope of using points will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, the phenix Terms of Use, and the methods set out by our company as posted in the phenix Usage Guide.
- Points can only be used to pay for product payments and cannot be used to pay for service fees, product shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, etc.
- Points can only be used by the member themselves.
- Points are awarded for each user ID. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, even if a member has multiple user IDs, the points awarded for each user ID cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
- The use of points cannot be cancelled.
- Points cannot be transferred, loaned or inherited to a third party.
- Points can be used at the next checkout from the point they are awarded, at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
- Points can be used in increments of 1 point at any of our stores.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Article 11 Expiration Date of Points
- The expiration date for points is one year from the date of the most recent point award. Points that have passed their expiration date cannot be used.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if a member cancels their phenix membership for any reason, or if the Company cancels their registration, all of the member's points will be forfeited at that time.
Article 12 Point Inquiry
- Members may check the number of points available for use on their My Page using the method specified by the Company.
- If a member has any doubts about the number of points recorded in accordance with the preceding paragraph, they may inquire with the Company using the inquiry form . However, the final decision regarding the number of points will be made by the Company, and members must comply with this.
Article 13 Cancellation of Points
If the Company determines that a Member's purchase of a product falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel the points awarded for that purchase.
- Any act that violates these Terms and Conditions, the Phenix Terms of Use, or other methods specified by our company.
- Returning and refusing to accept goods.
- Delay in payment of fees for products, etc., or other default on obligations.
- Any other fraudulent acts or other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 14 Termination of point usage
Our company may terminate the use of points and related services due to changes in social conditions, amendments or abolition of laws and regulations, or other circumstances.
Article 15 Changes, Suspension or Cancellation of Points

In addition to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, members may receive various services provided by the Company to members. When the Company provides new services, the Company will notify the members in a manner that the Company deems appropriate, such as by posting on the phenix website.
