Handling of member information

As a general rule, we will not disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, in the following cases, we may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent.

• When disclosure is required by law
• When the Company determines that it is necessary to protect the rights, interests, reputation, etc. of the Company.

Member information will be managed by our company in accordance with our "Personal Information Protection Initiative." Our company may use member information for the purposes of providing services to members, improving the content of services, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
Our company may provide members with information (including advertisements) through email newsletters and other methods. If a member does not wish to receive information, we will stop providing that information to them if they notify us in accordance with our company's designated method. However, we cannot stop providing information necessary for the operation of this service at the member's request.

Registration

Membership Eligibility Customers who agree to these terms and conditions and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the required registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Please note that we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or who are otherwise deemed unsuitable by our company.
